On behalf of the Parent Association Board, we would like to congratulate our first recipient of the Parent Association Board Scholarship Award to Miss Danielle Purdy.

 

Early in the fall, it was voted by the Parent Association Board to establish an annual tuition scholarship award in the amount of $1000.00, to be awarded to an incoming freshman who placed the highest test scores on the High School Placement Test.

 

With well over a 180 applicants, Danielle scored the highest and became the first recipient of the $1000.00 award.

 

Danielle is a graduate of New Harvest Christian School in Oxnard and was valedictorian of her class. Danielle received this high award during her graduation ceremony in June surrounded by her family and friends. Danielle is active in the community, with her church and now a member of the Santa Clara High School family.
