📋 Saints Enrollment Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

Contact our Admissions Office as soon as you receive PCS orders to Naval Base Ventura County. We can begin the process before your arrival.

Step 2: Saints Application

Complete our online application and submit required documents. Digital submissions accepted from anywhere in the world.

Step 3: Records Transfer

We coordinate with your previous school to obtain transcripts and academic records - we handle the paperwork!

Step 4: Academic Placement

Comprehensive assessment ensures proper course placement and maximum credit transfer for Saints success.

Step 5: Saints Welcome

New Saint orientation, buddy system, and integration into our faith-family-tradition community.

  • Standardized test scores (PSAT, SAT, ACT if available)
  • IEP or 504 plans (if applicable) - we support all learners
  • Current immunization records per California requirements

  • Copy of PCS orders to Naval Base Ventura County area
  • Military dependent ID card
  • Sponsor's military identification
  • Base housing assignment (if applicable)

Personal Information:

  • Certified birth certificate
  • Completed Saints application form
