Tuition Plans and Discounts
2023-2024
PLAN A: $7,250 (For Qualifying Families) (*$500 Mandatory Fundraiser)

1. Family must participate in all three Mandatory Fundraisers Terms: Fall, Winter and Spring
2. Parents must fulfill a total of 56 Service Hours as follows:
   1. 20 Parent Service Hours per semester per family ($25 for each hour not served by Dec. 18th, 2020 and May 3rd, 2024)
   2. 5 Bingo Hours minimum, per Semester. ($125 if not served)
   3. 6 hours for Fiesta ($300 if not served)
3. To receive Tuition Assistance, families must submit the most current income tax return and an Annual Tuition Assistance Application
4. Failure to maintain financial obligations will result in loss of Tuition Assistance

PLAN B: $8,250 (*$300 Mandatory Fundraiser)

1. Family must participate in all three Mandatory Fundraisers Terms: Fall, Winter and Spring
2. Parents must fulfill a total of 38 Service Hours as follows:
   1. 11 Parent Service Hours per semester per family ($25 for each hour not served by Dec. 18th, 2020 and May 1st, 2024)
   2. 5 Bingo Hours minimum per Semester. ($125 if not served)
   3. 6 hours for Fiesta. ($300 if not served)
3. To receive Tuition Assistance, families must submit the most current income tax return and an Annual Tuition Assistance Application
4. Failure to maintain financial obligations will result in loss of Tuition Assistance.

PLAN C: $9,250 (NO Fundraising and NO Service Hours)

1. Families choosing this plan are NOT eligible for Tuition Assistance
2. Full Tuition Payment Discount - $200 per family if paid in full by Aug. 9th

*Must apply and show proof to qualify and receive discounts.
Students receiving assistance/discounts must meet and maintain certain academic, service and extra-curricular requirements.

Technology Fee          $50 per student (Due at the end of August)


Penalty Fees:

1. SMART late fee on overdue balances:    $55
2. Non-sufficient funds (NSF)                     $50 each return

Mandatory Fundraisers: (Plan A: $500   Plan B: $300)

1. Fall Term: St. Clare Appeal ($100 per Family minimum - due by September 20)
2. Winter Term: Hall of Fame Gala ($50 per Family minimum - due by November 12)
3. Spring Term: Fiesta Raffle Tickets ($150 per student minimum - due at the end of April)
